Come get the birria tacos with consumme!I joke with my friend that I prefer "wet food" (cat joke) and I've had some dry birria which is insane because birria is by definition a wonderful marinated tender, cooked in broth hence melt-in-mouth meat usually paired with a fried tortilla, onions, and cheese. AMAZING HALAL MEXICAN FOOD I've already tried La Vaca Birria in the SF restaurant location and fell in love with their tacos and burritos! I wanted to order some empanadas but they ran out so we ordered: - 6 Quesabirria Tacos - 2 Regular Birria Burritos This order fed 4 people and we were all full after sharing half a burrito and the tacos! I got the super burrito and it was probably the best burrito I've had in my entire life. The melted cheese was embedded into the soft fresh tortilla, and the entire thing was massive. I was blown away!
