Stumbled upon this bar while waiting for a flight, and I’m so glad we did. Our bartender, Nile, was an absolute ray of sunshine. He was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Great conversation, great energy, and he made our unexpected stop so much more enjoyable. Definitely the kind of bartender you remember, thanks, Nile, for making our night!
Best bar ever ol' SCHOOL VIBE AND GOOD TIMES THROW IT BACK AND HAVE ONE ON ME.
It's a place to have a beer or drink and throw darts at things and play pool.
Great staff great customers.

Newell's Cocktail Lounge offers a cool, dive-bar vibe without the need for a tetanus shot. It's a well-established, friendly local watering hole known for its great atmosphere, fantastic service, and reasonably priced drinks. The bartenders are welcoming, with a generous pour that keeps regulars coming back. The music is excellent, featuring old school jams that create a lively environment. This is a working-class, blue-collar place worth checking out for a relaxing experience, whether you want to watch a game, play pool, or simply have a drink. Guests enjoy the dim lighting and the ability to bring in outside food, like Korean fried chicken, making it a great spot to catch up with friends. Visitors often find the staff very friendly and helpful, with one bartender even bringing popcorn to save a guest from embarrassment. The pool table and inviting atmosphere make Newell's perfect for anyone wanting to unwind in a safe, comfortable setting. It’s a neighborhood spot where everybody seems to know your name, ideal for both locals and travelers exploring the Peninsula.
