“Solidly delicious! The prime rib was great. The Yorkshire pudding and crème brûlée were also standout highlights. In my opinion, it’s not quite on the same level as House of Prime Rib, but it comes pretty close — and it’s way easier to snag a reservation.“

“I ate there last week for the first time in several years. The menu is large and many different styles of food. I had the Prime Rib and it was EXCELLENT. There was 2 others in my party and they were equally impressed. Another benefit is that there are no parking problems. I will definitely eat there again.“

“My brother wanted to eat meat. It was his birthday. So we decided to come to this location since we haven’t been here for a long time. Our go to location for bringing family from out of town. We ordered: the broadway cut prime rib , and it came with its house salad ( the dressing was a little bit salty for my taste), with cream of corn and mash potatoes. The meat was good and the sides too , but the popover was not fluffy enough. But otherwise ok. The service was good. For drinks: we ordered a glass of Malbec. Mother ordered the salmon with mango salsa. She said it was not dry so that is good. We will definitely come back but I definitely would rather go to my favorite San Mateo prime or house of prime rib first if I had to choose.“

“We arrived before our reservation time and they were able to accommodate. Our waiter was great with detailing the dishes and answering my culinary questions. Service was slow. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive cocktails. I had to inquire about appetizers which were ordered with cocktails. The GM was very present and walking the dining area but not speaking to any guests or acknowledging that they are waiting without drinks and food. The food was good. I have a different palate so my good may great for another person. The only negative was how long everything took when it wasn’t a night where there was a full house of guests. If that can improve, we may return. For context we ordered Smoked Bourbon Prickly Pear Margarita Calamari Crab & Artichoke Dip Crab Stuffed Sole topped with roasted garlic and shallot shrimp and a side of mashed potatoes Ribeye with compound butter and Cold Water Lobster Tail We switched from cocktails to wine with the main dish.“
