A really great brewery. The atmosphere is very beachy, SoCal/San Clemente vibes w/ clean, modern decor. It's on the way to San Diego where you exit at the Denny's and past Rainbow Sandals store. It was PACKED on a Friday night with a bunch of people w/ friends, family, children, & puppies! Everyone - including staff & other customers were super friendly. Love the fact that beer options evolve and the food, while limited is very good. One individual serving, however, will not win a Mister or Miss Congeniality contest. Distant and fairly removed from the concept of, at least, friendly customer service. As someone intimately involved in retail on the floor experience, I am fully aware that people have good days and bad days but for it to be a fairly consistent mode (on several occasions) means it should be addressed. We visited this cute little brewery on a Saturday afternoon. We had a delicious hazy from a different brewery. We also ordered a breakfast burrito that was so good, we both agreed set the bar on what a breakfast burrito should be like! We left buying some of their IPAs to go, which didn't last long! In all, a great spot especially if you are heading down between LA and San Diego and need a place to stop and have an enjoyable beer.
