Super Bowl Express has been one of my go-to spots in San Clemente for years and after today I had to leave a review.
Not only is the food consistently amazing, but the people there genuinely care about their customers. Joo, the owner, is one of the kindest business owners I’ve met and went completely above and beyond for us today. Martha was also incredibly welcoming and took amazing care of us.

Super Bowl Express in San Clemente has been my go-to for 30 years, and it has always been the best. Great food, consistent quality, and that classic local feel that keeps you coming back. Some places change, but this one still hits every time. Highly recommend.

Super Bowl Express is a restaurant located in a modest strip mall, offering delicious Asian food at reasonable prices. The teriyaki veggie bowl is a standout option with perfectly cooked veggies, well-textured chicken, and a spicy sauce that leaves customers craving more. The bowls are generously sized and ideal for lunch, while the platters serve as a filling dinner. The restaurant is popular among locals, with a steady stream of take-out customers. The service and crew are consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Many customers appreciate the quick service, noting that their food is always hot and fresh. Despite its small size, the restaurant is always clean and can be a great choice for take-away. Regular visitors enjoy dishes like chicken platter, shrimp tempura roll, miso soup, beef bowl, and Musubi. The owner and staff are praised for their warm attitude and exceptional hospitality. The sushi is considered really good, often better than supermarket sushi, and the teriyaki chicken and beef bowls are made with quality ingredients. Some reviews recommend the BBQ with brown rice and vegetables, highlighting its smoky, wholesome taste. While some dishes can be average, the overall experience at Super Bowl Express is characterized by good quality food and a friendly atmosphere that keeps customers returning regularly.
