“Auntie Anne’s in San Clemente, California truly made my day. The customer service was heartfelt, joyful, and far beyond what I expected. From the moment I walked in, the team was attentive, intentional, and very fast, while still making each person feel seen and welcomed. The store was also exceptionally clean, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. It is rare to go somewhere for something simple and leave feeling encouraged, but that is exactly how I felt. “While the prices may be on the higher side, the food is undeniably delicious. It's a well-known chain that can be found in malls across the country. At the Mission Viejo Mall, you'll find it located across from the food court rather than within it. I highly recommend trying their pretzels, which are made fresh onsite and in full view of customers. Their lemonade stands up well against that of similar establishments.“
