The oolong milk tea is great, and the tiger Thai with golden boba has tons of boba. A sample of Vietnamese coffee is available and is honestly the best coffee from a store. The matcha green tea powder is unsweetened, with an option for a completely unsweetened drink. Oat milk alternative is available. However, there is no espresso or coffee available, only pre-made Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk. Some reviews note the Korean Strawberry Milk has changed since ownership; the strawberry puree feels chunkier, and the milk was swapped to plain whole/oat milk, making it less enjoyable. The place is clean, with quick service and efficient young workers. The new vibe is elegant, though the lights are too bright and the shop smells intensely strong like urinal deodorizer block due to too many cheapo artificial-scented cone fresheners. Seating is great for groups. The drinks have too much ice, but flavors are good once the ice dissolves. The restaurant is open late til 11p on weekends, but the parking lot attendant reports vehicles and chains off exits by 1200a.
