BAHAR Indian Restaurant & Catering offers some of the best Indian food with amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere. It is a great setting, with absolutely beautiful decorations, providing a fantastic experience for anyone in or visiting San Diego.
The food is vibrant, aromatic, and packed with authentic flavor. Dishes are a full Desi feast, with generous and very big portion sizes. Standout items include the crispy Veg Pakora, the bold and fiery Chicken 65, and the showstopping Mix Chicken Grill Platter with smoky tandoori chicken and tender malai chicken. The Zafrani Mutton Dum Biryani is a rich and delicious star, while the chicken biryani is also noted as rich and delicious. Other highlights are the perfectly flavorful Samosa chaat, well-cooked veg noodles and veg biryani, and paneer kofta with chicken butter masala paired perfectly with butter roti. Freshly baked butter roti and onion kulcha are perfect for scooping up curries. For dessert, the Ras Malai is a soft and delicately sweet creamy finish.
