“William was the young man working this evening. He was super attentive and greeted every guest that walked in. It was pretty busy and he was working alone, but managed to get everyone's orders taken care of quickly while making everything with pride and care. In all my years of visiting Baskin-Robbins location across the world (Active duty military) I never seen someone be so focused on making each scoop and each swirl of whipped cream on a sundae look so perfect. Down to the cherry on top, William made sure the atmosphere was welcoming and that the ice cream looked as good as it tastes!“

“Been coming here for decades.

I remember when Teri Winters worked here. Sometimes I'd come in just so she could scoop for me and that I could leave an extra tip. Those were the days.

Great tasting ice cream that is just the right of wrong.

Sometimes with less than 31 flavors to choose from, it's difficult to pick lol.

Never a wrong choice.

“The guys here are so nice and sweet. We've had the same person help us twice now, and even though he probably doesn't remember us, he is always very nice when he helps us. Wish they had name tags so I could give him a shout out!They were very busy when we went and it was a little confusing where the line to order starts and where the already-ordered-but-waiting-for-them-to-make-it starts.“

“Had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins location! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were patient while I decided on flavors and even offered samples to help me choose. When I had questions about ingredients due to dietary restrictions, they took the time to check everything thoroughly. The service was quick despite being busy, and the employees maintained positive attitudes the entire time. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the outstanding customer service really made this visit memorable. Highly recommend this location!“

“There aren't many options for ice cream shop in this area. This place has been a go to place for dessert. Their ice cream doesn't taste artificial like other chains in the same area. Love their warm brownie cup, it is amazing with jamoca almond fudge and golden ribbon.

“A lot of negative reviews here, but when I went, FYI with no knowledge of other people’s experience, for me, it was pretty decent. The flavor I had, icing on the cake, was amazing. Line was decently long, wasn’t too bad. It was around night time, just as the sun hid behind the horizon. Not too sure why people had a bad experience, I guess me and my mom were fortunate.“

“Usually a good experience at these places. This place was extra-good. Had trouble making up my mind on a triple scoop. Realized this and waved some lady ahead of me. Later she asked if I had made my mind up and said she would pay for letting her go ahead of me (she had 5 kids with her and ordered in seconds flat!). I thought she was kidding but she paid for me! Another guy inside said good job when I got my monster cone…not sure why but he did. Then outside some guy pulls up and sees me with my triple cone and says hey doesn't get any better than that!\n\nDamn, what are they putting in the water here?“

“I love this ice cream place!!! They have flavors that are OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I always go to this place, it always has great service and these other reviews are just FULL GROWN adults whining. This is my go-to ice cream place and if you see this review you got lucky to see one that is actually true.“
