Red Saloon is the little bar tucked down below it's big daddy upstairs call El Prez. Red's is often less crowded and quieter than all the indoor and outdoor craziness going on upstairs and the food and drinks flow freely down here as well. The key factor about this area that Red's is a part of is its location here in the Promenade. There are other shops and restaurants in the Promenade and there is parking below but most importantly this bar is just a half block from the beach....read full review
