I’ve been coming here for 28 years and it’s hands down my favorite place to see live bands. It’s big enough to handle a decent amount of people but small enough you get an up close personal experience when you see a band play. Nothing like the larger Observatory or Music Box or Soma places. No matter where you end up you are still quite close to the stage. Nice smallish venue, perfect place to hear talented musicians. The opening band was not a typical choice for us, definitely interesting...grabbed one of the few places to sit, grateful for that until the band we came for started. Reasonsble drink prices, nice outdoor area. Recommend The Casbah 10/10.

My favorite music venue ever. I don't drink so the booze selection doesn't matter. I am there for the music.
