Their coffee is amazing. I got a decaf pandan latte and a strawberry orange muffin. The muffin was moist and the drink had bright green pandan foam. Incredible stuff, yum
Great matcha latte and service, but unfortunately egregiously overpriced. It was $9.50 for a tiny iced matcha.
Stumbled across this gem while on a walk! I always like to walk in places to see menus & I was immediately drawn to the deliciousness they offered.
They even have their own twist on cold brew - it’s pho! Sounds odd, but I loved it! + where else can you get this?!

Chance's Coffee is a clean, minimalist, and super inviting neighborhood spot with a calm, laid-back atmosphere. It is a picturesque place where customers and dogs are welcome, with pup cups on the house. The staff is friendly and service is generally quick.
The menu features many drinks, including their signature Chance’s Vietnamese Coffee. This rich, flavorful drink has strong coffee flavor and is spiced beautifully, often with a perfect cinnamon addition. It comes with Ube and pandan cream that blends perfectly without being overly sweet. The matcha offerings, including the double matcha latte and matcha latte, are smooth, creamy, and use good quality matcha, though some note the matcha can sometimes lack flavor. The drinks are delicious but can be expensive for the size. Food items like the Ube mochi waffle and pandan waffle are delicious and amazing.
While most experiences are positive, there is some room for improvement regarding drink consistency and service adjustments for incorrect orders. Overall, it is a great, highly recommended cafe for a coffee break.
