“The restaurant was clean, when I arrived it was around 12 so lunch time. But it wasn’t too busy. The staff seems like they were trying to rush everyone out and didn’t seem to take too much care in the way the bowl was built. I don’t know if they’re asked to get everyone in and out as fast as possible or what the deal is. They were all friendly enough just rushing. The food was delicious!“
“I met the sweetest, most accommodating person at this Chipotle today. She is a middle-aged white woman with tattoos on her arms. I was waiting for an order from my girlfriend. I decided to take my notes out to study my coursework while waiting. I decided to ask for wifi, but the music was loud. She kindly told me that there is no wifi available for customers. We both waited patiently for my order. I asked her for her name due to how accommodating she was. She was bashful when I asked for her name to put in a good word for her to her employer. I have been eating at Chipotle for years, and I have not ever experienced an individual this kind. Whoever you are, thank you for your kindness. Whatever you have been through in life, continue to stay humble.“

“Happily leaving a positive review for this location. The staff was great and you can still get a chicken bowl for under $10 (pre tax). For comparison, the chipotle by my house is about 4-5 mi. away and the same item is easily $2-$3 more expensive! Stop in to this location if you’re near.“
“Good food but attention to detail on mobile ordering could use some improvement. Twice so far this year I’ve had the incorrect order placed in my bag or incorrect burrito ingredients. They’re always helpful and happy to help when I ask for something to be corrected which I appreciate otherwise good.“
“Visited this Chipotle on Sunday night around 6:30pm. I had excellent service from those behind the counter. I ordered a burrito this time around, and got an excessive amount of ingredients. After everything was added, I began wondering how the crew member was going to pull off this wrap job, but he executed it to perfection -- no leakage or tears in the tortilla, everything was nice and snug for a smooth dining experience when I got home.
I recommend this Chipotle to others due to their outstanding service and skilled crew members. I didn't stay long in the dining room but it also looked very clean and orderly.
5/5 for this Chipotle location.“

“Wow, I am so glad I decided to come in this chipotle. This has got to be the very first chipotle I've seen that makes the guac 🥑 PERFECT! Other Chipotle's put A TON of onions and cilantro in the guac. But these guys use MAINLY avocados in their guac, what a concept!

“It's a very convenient location as it is close to my house. I have been here many times since it opened. They don't seem to skimp on the rice or veggies, meat is a standard scoop so if you want more meat, just ask for a double serving. Pretty standard place and the place is is clean and the employees I've encountered have always been cheerful.“
“Some locations take forever outside of the "ready" window in the app. Burritos are hefty, food is pretty fresh and pretty good quality and my children love it. Good price point for the amount of food. Kids meal is frustrating with the very limited options.“
“I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a few years due to a couple of past bad experiences, but my recent visit to the Chipotle on Camino De La Reina completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly fresh, and the chicken practically melted in my mouth. The staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and they kept the line moving quickly. Truly an outstanding experience.“
“The location is busy, typical for a college area. The staff was very friendly, but the tables were somewhat dirty. I got some water and a few napkins to wipe them down myself; it wasn’t a big deal since they were quite busy.
The food was well-cooked, but the bathrooms could use a cleaning. Again, this is a college-adjacent spot, so it’s understandable. The napkins and utensils were adequately stocked, too.
My daughter, who is 18 and a student at SDSU, loves Chipotle, and I have no doubt this will become her new favorite location.“
“I got a chicken burrito. The portions of meat were normal and the person preparing it added extra vegetables at my request. The burrito was a good size, tasty and filing. I asked for some extra corn on the side and they gave it without any issues. Restroom required a code which they easily gave out. Overall great experience. I also went back in October and experienced great service from manager Yessica. She was very much on the ball and when things were a little slow she went to all the tables and asked people if they were enjoying their meal she keeping tables clean. The only negative is that it is so far from the beach .... wish it was closer to the beach.“
“I visit this location often, it's convenient and always quick. I went in today , it was lunch time and it was a little busy . Nothing major, the line went fast and I wasn't in line very long either. It looked like they had a full bar of food nothing missing, I got a bowl. The little guy who fixed my bowl could have put more rice or beans, But I wasn't tripping and didn't say anything. I felt maybe he was just rushing and trying to get everyone's order done. I got guac and chips too. Overall the food was goo, fresh and tasty. The cashiers are nice also , polite and said welcome and thank you. Keep up the good work you guys.
Parking: Lunch time is busy so, parking gets tight.“
“Wes and Ricky were the nicest and happiest people I’ve ever seen in customer service! I went 10 minutes before closing after a workout and expected it to be closed but i was instantly greeted with a positive attitude and smiles. Ricky was super friendly and Wes even warmed up the burrito after adding the guac. They definitely deserve a raise:)“
