They made the best Swedish Princess cake for my mil’s 95th birthday. It was beautiful and such a big hit, everyone loved it. We had plenty left over to send people home with a piece, and we had left overs. It tasted even better the next day, as we were not stiffed from lunch! Amazing detail, texture and flavor.
After having no success at finding a baker to make a traditional dense cake as opposed to a sponge type of cake I learned of the FrenchSecretPastry website. I submitted a custom cake design for 30 guests at our birthday party with the proviso that it must be a traditional dense type of cake and have a lemony flavor. This was our second time ordering a 2 tier birthday cake from Mahya. She is very easy to communicate and delivered the cake. Cake was very delicious and everyone enjoyed it.
