My first visit to Huy Ky Bakery. I picked up mooncakes as a gift for the owners of Paris Bakery, who are presently engaged in opening a new outlet in Chula Vista called Banh Mi Paris Express. I love this little bakery. It's always a nostalgic feeling and I bring my children here often, they love that the sweets are not too sweet. My son always talks about how the cakes have whipped cream instead of buttercream and that the cake is extra fluffy. Even when we select whipped cream at American bakeries, it seems extra sweet.
