Upon walking in and ordering tried to order coffee was informed machine was broken then as we ordered rest of food went to grab a drink and multiple drinks were broken.staff wasint to friendly think because of equipment not properly working,but sandwhich was good.

Stopped by to get the "Smash burger", but they were sold out!! All of the stores are "sold out". Seems like a clever marketing strategy to create what feels like a false sense of demand for a product they can't keep in stock. To be continued...

As far as Jack in the boxes go, this one seems chronically understaffed. Go to one nearby. Most orders take much longer than expected, and the lobby/dine-in is often closed. Having the dine in option closed near a DC fast charger is kind of a disappointment. The low number of employees and possibly high staff turnover (I’ve never seen the same employee twice) makes the few employees they do have work extra hard, which leads to them making more than an average number of mistakes...
