the food is SO tasty, welcoming honey atmosphere, wonderful service in an intimate setting.
Randomly chose Mia Trattoria on google tonight looking for Italian restaurants in Hillcrest. Parking was easy, we were seated quickly, nice selection of wines and prosecco, and classic, Delicious pastas. We ordered three dishes to share between the two of us: gnocchi gorgonzola, fettuccine with pesto, and a cheesy, peppery pasta. All were wonderful, and we are looking forward to the leftovers! We'll definitely go back.

Our table had 4 separate pasta dishes and each was exceptional. Pasta and sauces to rival pretty much any solid Italian period. NYC, SF etc I’ve tried them all and little Mia in San Diego is right there.
