Moody's has multiple food trucks throughout SD area, I believe a contract with Military base access. Multiple food options made to order to include burrito, street tacos, spicy salsa, snacks, drinks, and this truck had Shrimp ceviche. Very courteous and friendly staff.
Not bad, hit and miss, good and bad days, depending on chef. I'm writing about the Moody's Truck that visits Solar Turbines Kearny Mesa. My go-to's are Carne Asada and California Burritos. Sometimes they have Spam & Rice. Sometimes their breakfast sandwiches are on point. Usually the fries are cooked perfectly when made to order. Tasty fish tacos. Good, crisp batter of smaller cuts of fish and very fresh tasting 'slaw' of cabbage, tomato, onion, cilantro and crema. Beans and rice were also good; however, the green salsa was rather hot, and the red salsa was even hotter . . . , and I like hot stuff. Moody is still doin' it after how many, 30+ years? I bet Moody's burgers are still good. Enjoy some seafood, carne or even just fries. Dicks.
