Not a good experience. We have been going to this location for years and always loved it. Not the last time. The lady yelled at us when we asked where is the line! She was like you can stay there (yelling like we are kids!). They are at the 4th floor temporarily and one of the workers is rude. Not coming back and will order online!! Maybe looking into different coffee options.
I enjoy coming here and being treated as a guest and politely offered some free coffee despite if there is a short wait or no line at all. The staff all have different personalities but the have all been professional and helpful. Thank you!
The staff at Nespresso in Bloomingdale’s is some of the friendliest I’ve encountered—so knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and they truly made me feel welcome. They even offered me a lavender decaf coffee to enjoy right there, and it was such a treat. Honestly, I highly recommend stopping by!
