“Panera Bread has consistently good quality food, a varied menu, and customization offerings. The personnel are welcoming, hard working, personable and professional. The dining room is well maintained and clean (tables and floor/carpet) and the trash/dirty dishes area is attended to frequently. The seasonal menu specialties are always fun.
JUAN is the BEST. I misplaced my phone and Juan stopped to personally assist me actively- he found it! A wonderful kindness to a traveling person panicking over a temporarily missing phone. Thank you again Juan!“
“I really like the vibe, is it good for working and seating alone also for hanging out. But for working it is not super quiet but still good for me.
I love their chicken bbq sandwich and cesar salad.

“This location is constantly busy but somehow managed to get orders out in a timely manner.
Parking is limited but possible.
Food is always on point and the drinks are bottomless as long as you have the Panera Club.

“It is an excellent restaurant. The food is very good overall, the presentation is also good and the taste is great. It's better than any restaurant of this type (Starbucks). There are everything from natural juices, coffee and especially bread. As its name says, its specialty is bread, the cookies are very delicious, the cinnamon roll is very good and there are several with chocolate. The truth is that I recommend everything. The atmosphere of the place and the music is one of tranquility and enjoyment.“

“This is a nice Panera despite it being in the Mall where you would think the quality would be declined due to the volume of people coming through. However. The staff were friendly and were clearing and cleaning the tables as well as a 4 star restaurant. I am a Sip Club member, so I am trying out as many Panera's as I can. This one is on my favorites list.“

“Food was hot and tasty. The dining room is large! One of the biggest I’ve seen. Lots of outdoor seating too. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. The dining room did have a strong funky smell that was off-putting. But it was clean to the eye.“

“Amazing service has so good food would recommended the taste of food they give you leaves you dreaming about having more and more and while it can be busy since it is next to a high school it is so worth the wait as it has some of the best bacon Mac n cheese I have ever eaten in my entire life!“
“I love this panera location, its hard to go to any other one except Otay Mesa. I just think this panera has better quality and flavor in their drinks and food. Other locations can be bland or taste weird but Not Clairemont.

“We came in around 8:30 PM where there pastry inventory was understandably low, we wanted to order a dozen cookies but they only had one left. They kindly let us know they could make some fresh ones for us and we gratefully said yes!! Thank you for the awesome service we will be back more often!“
