This is an 'upscale' hotel restaurant, a little nicer than some hotel restaurants. They have a bar on site and they staff was friendly. Large windows for a great view of the freeway ... but honestly, the windows do add something to the ambiance.
Great restaurant in the lobby of the Double Tree on Hotel Circle. Food was fantastic and they have an extensive Vegan menu as well that my coworker thoroughly enjoyed. Jaime at the bar was incredible. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and made great recommendations. As a frequent traveler all too often hotel bars/ restaurants are tough to enjoy, but this one I'll seek out and come back to.

Seaglass is located inside the DoubleTree Hotel on the Hotel Circle in Mission Valley. A small place that seats about 20 with a full bar. I stopped in for a late dinner after checking into my room. The menu is limited to a few sandwiches, salads and pizzas but almost any cocktail you can imagine. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and a Long Island Iced Tea. The sandwich was decent, flame broiled gave it a nice smoky taste, Fries came with. The Tea from Long Island was good and strong....read full review
