Had breakfast at Seaview and there was a lot of variety and the food was great but very expensive compared to the Marriott Marquis right next door which also had similar offerings but were much less expensive.

At the Grand Hyatt and had the Prive rate which included breakfast.
Our breakfasts were in the Seaview Restaurant on the first floor. A large buffet spread with hot and cold items from eggs, tasty bacon, sausage, waffles, cheeses, fruits and so much more. The omelette station was an added treat. Along with the omelets the station also had delicious quiches…the best quiche I’ve ever had. Avocado toast made by the omelette...

Stopped by to say hi to my wife and son for whom I made the reservation while I attended a conference at one of the halls. Amazing! The ambiance, the food, and the great service. My wife mentioned how the host walked them in and advised them on what was offered. My son was amazed by the honey display. We both took pictures. It's definitely a must-do experience.
