This Starbucks is a much, much better option than the chaos that Starbucks has going on across the street with the line of cars dangerously snaking onto El Cajon Blvd on a daily basis. Absolutely worth it to cross the road and get out of the car for my coffee than to get stuck in that mess. My only gripe is that unlike most Starbucks where you get to know the people working at the store, this one is quite a bit more unpredictable with the staff. The most disgusting coffee I have ever taste was at this Starbucks I wanted a hot coffee and it tasted so old and it was not even hot. I wish I can get my money back. What waste of 8$

The worst customer service ever. I gave them multiple attempts, I work in customer service, I know it can be complicated sometimes but come on! with a client who comes several times and it's nice for you to be rude, and I know it's like that with all clients. I know it's their vibe, since they are always angry and have a bad attitude but it's a customer service job!Hire people who can handle it.
