Tajima Ramen Crown Point offers an amazing experience with always excellent service. The ramen is INCREDIBLE, with a savory soup and noodles that are bouncy, chewy, and cooked at the perfectly chewy level. The chicken ramen is a favorite, and the traditional tonkotsu has a rich, creamy broth with perfectly tender noodles. The vegan ramen is one of the best plant-based bowls, full of depth and flavor. The Karaage is crispy, juicy, and dangerously addictive, and the cucumber salad is a refreshing palate cleanser. The carnitas ramen is delicious. The gyoza, however, is disappointing and flavorless, with a filling that seems to use something crunchy instead of meat, and the sauce is a bit too salty. The bathrooms are nice and clean with fun wallpaper. The servers are nice, friendly, warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, paying attention even while dealing with a rude customer. For authentic Japanese Ramen, this place is surely recommended.
