The meal prep co is a team of amazing people who provide excellent quality meals. Their consistency in healthy meals is great. I was able to try out one week's worth of meals and was astonished at home convenient it was to add to my schedule/routine. All meals perfectly portioned and everything very fresh and super clean and all the staff very friendly. In truth, my rating for this business is 10 and 10 for all the staff. I recommend it without a doubt.

A lot to say about this place. The owner is totally friendly, very informative . we were just curious about the prep. And how things work. And?We learned a lot.This place is cool if you're into Prepping meals, if not, you can get into it. Everything seems customizable. They have a awesome menu and a cool staff.
