We went to go have a drink no food. The views are spectacular the service A1 and the atmosphere was comfortable. I highly recommend this place to visit if your in San Diego. You won't be disappointed. Oh and don't forget to ask to validate your parking pass it's $10 for 1 hr $8 every hour after that. Just ask your waiter or bartender.
This used to be an intimate bar with a view. Now the lighting is all off, it’s loud and full of tourists. Historical photos of San Diego used to adorn the walls, now it’s just another Hyatt stamped boring space. Only go for the view.

The noise level is absolutely horrible up there. They are counting on the flooring and seat cushions to do the noise-dampening, which is *NOT* working. There were...
