Trattoria Don Pietro offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent Sicilian and Italian cuisine in San Diego. The atmosphere is beautiful, welcoming, cozy, fun, and vibrant, featuring cool plants and a front patio built around a tree with pretty lights. The staff is incredibly kind, prompt, attentive, and genuinely warm, providing wonderful service. The food is delicious, SO good, and incredible, with standout dishes including the clam and mussel dish, lobster ravioli, Hollywood pizza, gnocchi, and the lemon dish. The espresso martinis and drinks are a must, and for dessert, the brookie is absolutely killer. The restaurant is very family-friendly and can accommodate large parties, exceeding expectations. It is highly recommended for a culinary experience.
