This shop is inside the 99 Ranch market, and I love having a drink while I shop. They have fantastic milk tea and boba here. Everything is made fresh, not from powders. Their oolong milk tea with boba has been my favorite for years. Although they make the best drinks, their service was really bad this time. Really love that this place is located in the 99 ranch. Really hate that I'm tempted by boba every time I finish grocery shopping. You order at the counter. Service was quick and easy. My go to quick boba spot. No frills.

The OO Tea inside the 99 Ranch Market on Clairemont Mesa is actually Wushiland Boba, I did not know that until my boyfriend pointed it out. This is one of his favorite boba places and his go-to is the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba. This tea is good, but I prefer the baby bobas that they have, called "pearls."
