“Have not had a great deli sandwich in a long time! Came here after a doctor's appointment (we live out if the city) and we were not disappointed at all!
We got a Sirloin Avocado Burger (my teenager LOVED) Philly Cheese Steak on Garlic Cheddar Bread (my other teenager LOVED) and a Corned Beef and Swiss on Marble Rye bread (which was mine and it was so good!)“

“I found this place online by chance while looking for deli sandwiches. I had called and ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich and the Reuben sandwich. Upon arriving I went inside and was pleasantly surprised with the imported goods and the small selection they had. The owner was very kind and helpful. I decided to try their apple strudels pastry as well. As far as the pastry was concerned, it was very good and reminded me of the real deal from European bakeries abroad
The sandwiches were very good. Made on the spot and very flavorful. They were also reasonably priced too for the portion. It came with its side of pickles as well.
I plan on coming back here, and hope it lasts another 50 years in Upland.“

“I am so happy to have a Claro in my neighborhood! I was so lucky at my last visit to get canolni freshly assembled! My sandwich was yummy enough, but something was off? The bread is not the same! Oh, please bring back the good stuff!!! PlEASE!!!“

I used to get Taiyaki down in Torrance CA. I could not find any better locations in the general SGV area, or I.E. I'm so glad to have found a legitimate Taiyaki place!!
Textures are just perfect. Fillings are just right. It's delicious eaten fresh, and eaten later.
Most definitely will be returning for more.

“Shau May is literally a part of my childhood! I've grown up on shau may food my whole life. They're one of the only places that will give you so much quality food for such cheap prices. We get these two boxes absolutely stuffed with food for only $19. Just get the 3 entree + soup combo. With so many restaurants raising their prices over the last few years, the bang for your buck you get at Shau May is one in a million!“

“When I think of a good restaurant, I’m not fully focused on taste. I can have the best meal in the world, and if the service and attitude is subpar, it reflects on how I think and feel about the enjoyment while there. Today, I was warmly greeted by Teresa. I looked over the menu and selected the Honey Baked Ham Classic sandwich and added potato salad for a side order. I went with sourdough bread over a croissant. As I was waiting for the preparation, another waitress came out and gave me a sample of a seasonal menu item, the Cuban Slider. Wow, was that good! It’s a slider with ham and pulled pork with mustard. I found out that this is one of two establishments that has a restaurant built inside within the state of California. They are open breakfast, lunch, and dinner… hours are 8 AM to 6 PM on the weekdays, closing at 5 PM on Saturdays, and closing 4 PM on Sundays. This is my first time ever eating at the restaurant. Usually, people think of buying spiral hams during holidays. Now I know where to go for my Saturday breakfast with the guys. It’s cute enough of a place to draw in the ladies for their social gatherings, too. The food is outstanding and you can always pick up prepared food to go from their deli section after painting the tab. The Cuban sliders were so good that I bought a dozen of them to bring home to my wife for tomorrow’s lunch or dinner. You know with honeybaked ham you’re never gonna go wrong with anything on their menu. I can’t wait to try their breakfast burrito.
