My mom loves churros and whenever we spot the red truck in the valley, we have to stop. So, of course, for her birthday, I had to get him to cater! The process was straightforward; I filled out his form submission, got an email the next day, and had to pay all or 50% of the cost to confirm booking. Churro man is the best churros I've had here in the SFV. The churros are made fresh to order and they come out super hot and crisp. They aren't too hard and are soft in the inside. The individual that makes the churros is always super courteous, kind and is super cool. I usually come here every other Friday and always get the 7 churros special.
