STAY AWAY FROM MATT ( Matthew Hollis) Get any service person other then Matt. Terrible experience and He doesn't know what he is doing.
Got my timing tensioner and timing belt replaced. His mechanic heard a knocking noise, recommended a used engine.
1. He communicated the wrong price about the engine.

DO NOT buy a car at Galpin. We bought a 2024 Odyssey from Galpin Honda in Los Angeles. It turned out to be a Lemon. We've been fighting with the dealer and Honda corporate. Both have ignored us and don't stand behind the product.
