Grabbed a quick bite of the falafel dish. Very pleased with it - came with pita bread, salad, hummus. Quick service, amicable staff. I have visited their South San Francisco location, really nice space and more food offerings!
I ordered a Chicken Shawarma, which was absolutely drenched in the sauce. The chicken was cold and it felt boiled, no flavor whatsoever. Edible? Yes. Enjoyable? No. For 16 dollars plus? Please go somewhere else where the food isn't cold and stale. At least the staff was nice.

We travelled from Maryland to experience San Francisco, found this local restaurant within walking distance of our hotel, and decided to give it a try. It was well worth it!
