Baby's Eatery & Palabok is an incredibly authentic Filipino hole-in-the-wall restaurant that offers a wide variety of ready-to-go stews and crispy fried specialties, including whole fish. The reasonably priced and generously portioned lunch platters feature a choice of carbohydrate and two entrees, such as chicken or pork adobo, ginataang kalabasa, and lumpia rolled fresh by the house matriarch. The palabok is also a delicious highlight, and the restaurant has a very strong, no-frills, and friendly vibe from the islands.
