I’ve reached out to Berber since they closed to get a refund for a $200 gift card, but their voicemail box is full and they don’t respond to their Instagram messages. Any help would be appreciated. You would think that they would have someone closing all the loose ends on their part. We were really excited to go for our anniversary, so the lack of communication from them is visibly upsetting :(

Great food and great servers. They timed our appetizers and entrees deliberately so that everything didn't come out at once and the next course was ready just minutes after we finished. The date cake was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely incredible dining experience. 10/10 service, food was amazing, and there’s shows to entertain also, which if you don’t sign up for you can still hear in the restaurant. Love this place.

Very annoyed with Berber. I made reservations for Saturday night well in advance and had to pay a deposit of over $100 and a few weeks before the date I got an email saying my reservation is cancelled because someone bought out the whole place. Then I emailed them 3 times over several weeks to ask about the refund of my deposit and they never even replied. Tried to call them but of course they don't answer the phone and the voicemailbox is full. Now I am going to have to contact my credit card company to get my deposit back. Really poor customer service.

The ambiance was okay, but the issue was the food.
The food made both my GF and I very, very sick. We couldn't even finish the entire show and had to leave after the 3rd performance to go vomit.
We both vomited the entire night, and spent the next day on the toiler, feeling dizzy. It was horrible.
I reached out to the owner twice at the email on the website, but have not even received a response.
I will never be coming back here, and cannot recommend this place.

The dinner all in all was decent. Show was cool. Unfortunately the booking and service was underwhelming.
I pre-booked a NYE dinner on their website applying a promo code (ending up at around $355). At the restaurant we had to pay again, even though we told the waiter we pre-paid already. He was not even aware of what we’re talking about. The second bill was the full price for the dinner ($550). I assumed they would refund at least the online payment or deduct it from the in-house bill. End of story was, that I had two full charges on my credit card.
I called and explained my situation, unfortunately no one was willing to solve it properly. I got a refund of $300 for my online reservation while I paid $355. trying to call again to ask about the missing $55 wasn’t possible as no one picked up anymore.
Not only to charge full price after the dinner even though it was pre-booked but also not reimbursing the full pre-payment is very sad for a restaurant of that price level.

Berber has been a spot I’ve been eyeing for years. Not sure if it is the same place but they use to have tents. As soon as you step foot inside it is a whole new world.we got the VIP experience which comes with a few extras(great seating, cocktail with every course, picture opp with performers) -Bread with 3spreads: fresh baked bread that pairs perfectly with all three spreads. -Sweet Potatoes(not pictured): sweet potatoes with goat cheese and honey were the best part of the night if you ask me. -Sea Bass: first time having sea bass and it melted like butter paired perfectly with the vegetable couscous. Baklava: freshest baklava I have ever had
Dinner and a show in the city you couldn’t ask for more. The service and food were good, just not sure it is a Michelin. The wait staff is good but they are so busy that you don’t feel complete in that area but not their fault, there is a lot of moving parts to the show. All of the performances were good. Just a tip we booked the 7:30 show and didn’t leave until around 10, great event.
Parking: Parking took us about 15min to find a spot. Definitely not an easy task but if your willing to walk a block or two no problems. Otherwise call an Uber.
Kid-friendliness: Depending on the age of the child. I think this show would b ok for children 14 and up.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for sure but you would definitely want to call ahead to guarantee comfortability.

At this point it has been almost a month since my reservation was cancelled.I’m extremely disappointed with how they handled this situation, even though they have all my contact information they never made an attempt to rectify the situation. I will never make another reservation at Berber.
Berber is an excellent night out!I'm a foodie, I don't think I can pretend to be otherwise. The ingredients Berber uses are top notch. However, there are still some gaps in flavor and presentation. Don't get me wrong, they are still very good, but if Lazy Bear is a 5, Berber must be a 3.The service was lacking the night I went, and while I am sure service is usually much better, I have to rate them on the experience I had and not what was possible.In terms of atmosphere, how else could I rate dinner and a show. 5/5. It was entertaining and worth going no matter the food or service.

Went here on December 30, 2023 for the Nightfall experience, and overall we were dissatisfied with the overall experience, relative to what we were expecting.
Firstly, the servers were not very attentive to our table. We wanted to order additional items (appetizers, drinks), and had a lot of trouble getting a server’s attention.
Secondly, at one point, they go around and ask all guests if they are celebrating anything and announce all the celebrations towards the end. We were celebrating my parents’ 29 year anniversary. However, even though he wrote our celebration down on the paper, he completely skipped it when he announced all the celebrations. While he probably just missed it given he had so many items on his paper, it did make us feel a little disappointed as we were looking forward to it being announced.
