Carbon Grill

I have been coming here for a few years. I was a bit disappointed because the last time the girl at the bar was so drunk that she cut herself. So far the food has always delivered so if i decide to come back I want to make sure they make my experience better. They usually have not disappointed me. Let's start off with quality. The meat quality for this place isn't bad. It just taste like your typical korean bbq meat. The briskets and beef tongues are more mediocre to me, but I did enjoy their marinated rib-eyes a lot. This place does offer some unique grill options such as scallop and mussels but supplies are limited. I really like this place! Waiters are attentive despite a full house. Only downside is the limitation of ordering 4 items at a time (at least when I went). I'd skip the vegetables and order only meat next time. -V
