The Peking duck is the star of this restaurant! When I went my friends and I decided to get the Peking duck to share and we preordered ahead of time for it. The duck was incredibly tender and juicy and is served with rice paper wraps as well as plum sauce and thinly sliced cucumber allowing you to create the perfect duck wrapped rice burrito! Make sure to be on time or you will lose your reservation. Food overall was very good. Came out fast. Peking duck had great skin and had the option of getting the bones fried or put into a soup. Most the food option have some heat (hence the name of the restaurant). Parking was a bit annoying but you can usually find street parking. Crab and duck were my favorites. Crab is a bit messy to eat.
My perfect weekday night would have to be eating delicious Sichuan food at Chili House while listening to pitchy covers of the latest pop hits playing over the speakers. Even though there's a plethora of good Chinese restaurants in the Richmond, Chili House stands out because of its amazing food, quick service, and being very accommodating for both Chinese and non-Chinese diners.
