This restaurant is AMAZING! The food is authentic and delicious. The staff is so attentive and kind as well! I would 100% recommend the yellow tail carpaccio, Valencia roll (spicy), and lion king roll! Theresa was so nice and I’ll definitely come back to this spot!
Literally everything is amazing about this place, including the service and how quickly you get your food, but even if it was slow, I would wait because the food is amazing. If there is a knock, it would be that they are sometimes out of different dishes.
We have been here several times, and it is a lovely place! It is so cozy, and you feel like you're being transported back to Japan. The food is very fresh, and they have great options. I would highly recommend everyone come here.

Echigo Home cook serves really good food, including salmon matchazuke and pork curry. The restaurant has a well-decorated and peaceful ambiance. Service can be slow, but the experience is unbelievable. The food is fresh and delicious, making it highly recommended, despite being quite overpriced.
