Really delicious, fresh tasting dimsum. The private recipe beef was exceptional. It was crowded but we had reservations, seated right away The noise level was loud so this is not a place for a romantic date, it's more for a families and friends outing. The restaurant was cute and would have liked to sit by the window to people watch those on the embarcadero. Will definitely come back!
HV has become out go to over YS etc. Food is always good. Excellent variety. Wish items like chili sauce and soy were preset with tea as it is difficult to get once service starts. Our server this visit was excellent. She was on point.
My friends and I were visiting SF for the first time and since its my bday I made dinner reservations here as it was recommended by a friend. I mentioned at my reservations if we could be seated in a table with a view. Sadly it didnt happened. The restaurant was so busy at dinner time. Thankfully we had reservations.
