Wow!!!! Illy, an Italian brand coffee. Was sooo excited tu see one before my flight! Until i got close. The coffee machine is missing part of it's logo. Mind you it a la Marzacco. The cups are recycled cardboard (really can't buy illy printed cups???) Service was not bad but not steller. The pastrys are also not bad but not what you expect at a Italian Cafe. This might sound picky but it is an Italian brand establishment and the details are what makes Italian brands stand out!...read full review
Breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle, hot on the edges. Espresso drink wasn’t hot or foamed enough. Meh.
Ordered a mocha and when I first sipped it I was greeted with a mouth full of chocolate. The poor workers were complaining about not getting breaks. If felt sorry for them

Illy Caffe is a welcoming spot with a clean environment and friendly staff. The menu offers a range of options, including delicious coffee, decent pastries and sandwiches, and a standout breakfast sandwich, the Egg White and avocado breakfast sandwich. Located opposite gate B9 at the gorgeous new Harvey Milk Terminal 1, it’s a solid coffee shop with a good variety of sandwiches and baked goods, as well as a "take away freshness" section. The cashier is super efficient at moving the line and the drinks are made quickly. It’s a nice spot for easy coffee and breakfast after security, though the regular black coffee could be too strong for some. While the line moves fairly quickly, some may find the coffee too hot.
