Excellent coffee and decent pastries + sandwiches. Customer service is hit or miss depending on staffing. Today they closed in the middle of their business hours with no explanation and customers in line. Good seating available nearby.
Oh my gosh the Egg White and avocado breakfast sandwich is really good. There was lots of seating (nice!) when I was there, and while you wait for you order... check out the succulent gardens just out the window - wow, pretty!

Stopped at the Iilly cafe while waiting for my flight at SFO. It was clean and the manager was nice. I ordered cold vanilla half and half frappe and it tasted great. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I was the only one in line and 3 of the employees sat there doing nothing instead of offering to take my order.
