Drinks were enjoyable, however, I had an unpleasant experience with the service. I was ignored for five minutes while two servers casually chatted over a drink that one was preparing. The server had a bad attitude while taking my order and "forgot" to notify me once my drink was ready. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to inquire about my drink as the customers who came after me had already received theirs and were promptly notified. The food's usually good, if expensive for what you get, but the service was pretty weak today. I was waiting a long time for me food but watching what I figured was my latte get handed around by staff and then just left on the counter for several minutes without a lid. Sure enough -- they finally called my name and gave it to me, but then they were just out of lids! How do you do that a coffee shop?

Not sure why Joe's are rated so low. Has a cool, hipster vibe, with healthy and tasty food and drinks and calm techno music. Even has electrical plugs & wifi for digital nomad'ing on your laptop, all of which totally reminds me of Canggu Bali, including the menu, with fresh juices. Please ? if this accurate, or you agree. ?.
