A very nice restaurant with unusual dishes that combine the flavors of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. We ordered sushi, fried chicken, empanadas, curry udon with clams, and salmon. Every thing was delicious, especially the curry clams and the fried chicken. The empanadas were average. The service was good.
I came here for dinner with my friend a few weeks ago and overall had a good experience. We tried a wide assortment of dishes, including the Karaage Pollo, Wagyu Toast, Ceviche Clasico, Scallop Tiradito, Lima Roll, and the Ube-Mochi Cake for dessert. My favorites were the Ceviche Clasico and Scallop Tiradito; they used fresh white fish/scallop and the flavors were strong but refreshing. Five stars all around for this hidden gem! What a delightful evening with a surprisingly delicious fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food! If you’re looking for something different and delicious Kaiyo Cow Hollow should be at the top of your list!
