“Since the Daly City KFC closed, I've been coming to this one. When I order through the web site or the app, the food is ready by the time I get there. I live about 10 minutes away. Today's order was the $20 fill up box. It is four pieces of chicken, 12 nuggets, fries, four biscuits and sauce. It is enough food for two meals. The chicken was OK but the fries were not. They were soggy from the condensation of how the box is made. There are no air holes for the chicken and fries to breathe. The chicken and fries weren't crispy because of it. The biscuits were OK, but they didn't give me any butter.“
“Quite a lot of waiting for a fast food establishment, in both ordering and for our food to come out. Wouldn't come here in a rush but my friend and I didn't mind waiting. We just ordered a large fry. I am confused on why it took so long to come out as usually fries at fast food places are pre made, but maybe it meant they were somewhat fresh? They tasted great though! Really crispy and flavored. Had that unhealthy deep fried quality that's hard not to love. Upstairs seating area is nice and quiet.“

Unfortunately the location is a let down and it’s pretty rough in this area. We didn’t have any hassle all the same.

“5 stars for Paulette with the pink hair. She went well out of her way to help me to figure out how to order one of the specials that were apparently only offered if ordering from online. She still managed to serve several customers with ease (as she was also helping me with the website glitch) that were coming through during the process. Otherwise, had I ordered the same box from the counter, it would have cost me $5 more! She went above and beyond what is considered good customer service. I can only imagine how any people that come through everyday with the same issue. Paulette is fantastic.“
