Magnolia SF - Haight offers excellent food and great ownership. The Broccolini and feta are must tries, with the Smashburgers highly recommended as a main course. The whipped feta consistently rules, and the food is amazing. There is a wide selection of in-house beer, including awesome pumpkin beer, though some basement brews taste like they are made with dirty water. Service is fantastic and very accommodating, with one staff member described as absolutely adorable and sweet, handling a busy crowd with grace. The restaurant can get crowded on weekends. The sitting area has a smell like ventilation from the bathroom, and fruit flies were noted. A neighborhood institution and a worthwhile stop in the Haight.
