Got our dinner here when we were at the Alamo square park. You have to pay extra for the utensils. The fried chicken n rice and the cheesy lumpia are good choices but the sisig n’ rice cost them a star. Avoid that one. It’s nowhere near the sisig that I know of and even if it is your first time, there is nothing you can appreciate on this menu. I would try something else.

This review is strictly for their plant based patty loco moco. I was able to try this dish at the sunset farmers market. I chose the vegan patty and it was rather tasty. There were was no description as to what the vegan patty was made of, but it was light and crispy. I thought I tasted potato but I'm not sure as it was slathered with gravy and 2 sunny side up eggs. I tried the Sisig bowl and the original stonepot. I really liked the Sisig bowl - if you like savory sour, this is it. Lots of pickled onions/jalapeños and lime, which play really nice with the pork in it. They also didn't shy from using less common cuts of pork in it, giving more textural diversity.
