Nespresso Boutique Bloomingdale's San Francisco

Have been going to the Nespresso store in Bloomingdale's for over fours years now and each visit has been a joy. Knowledgeable friendly and helpful staff. Today I brought a broken machine in because I wasn't sure what to do with it. Victoria assisted me with the machine with patience and a smile, as usual. I stopped by this Nespresso location to buy some coffee. Paul attended me immediately, served the samples I wanted to tried, and answered all my questions patiently. He was professional and courteous. It was a pleasant experience.
