Good service. Great coffee!
Was in town for a conference, thought I’d check out the Westfield mall for an hour or so as they have other good malls in US and UK. Browsing as one does I was in Bloomingdales and came across ‘Creed Aventus’ cologne that other guys say smells good, inspiration for “Fine aftershave” etc, so I thought I’d try a spray. The sales girl comes over says “not try” awkwardly smiles after I say I just want to smell a sample, and shoos me away, I was deeply embarrassed in front of other customers. I was well groomed and know my stuff in the menswear dept, another sales guy was similarly inept, it’s as if they don’t know how to approach customer. Bloomingdales will never get any of my $ after this experience.
If the things you want and need are likely to be here, go for it! It's an expensive department store, well-designed and well-located. A department store.
Staff thinks a lot of themselves but love the product
Best customer service! The employees are always so helpful and friendly. They also offer samples of the pods which is nice. Get the FREE UPS prepaid return bags. Love that they recycle the pods!
Friendly staff that are knowledgeable and make you want to stay there all day drinking coffee!
Waiters completely forgot about our table then when we were finally able to order it had to be in to go cups... We came in at 5:20 it closes at 6 our order was taken at 5:40....
Elegant environment, friendly staff
Beautiful coffee shop and store in FiDi. Go downstairs for a free sample. Employees are very knowledgeable about each pod.

We were offered a sample cup of espresso when we arrived. Was able to buy pods without long lines or tons of chaos. Service was good. Not genuinely friendly in my case, but efficient and thorough. Haven't been to the main boutique, but betting this is the easier, quick shopping experience.

Don't be fooled. Complimentary coffee is only for Nespresso Club members or Bloomingdale's Top of the List cardholders. I was turned away!
