Great bar/restaurant with ornate woodwork. Plenty of HDTVs for watching games. Varied menu and great cocktail pours. I've been a regular at this location since 1991, through various ownerships and names. It's always been superb
Second time here since the new owners took over. It was crazy busy with the 49ers playoff being on. 4 of us were able to grab 2 bar highs and put them together since nobody was leaving a table until the game was over. Once we sat down, we had an extremely attentive waitress considering she was slammed with tables in the dining sections. 3 burgers and the cottage pie was had. My sister enjoyed the cottage pie. The first time we came here it was a rainy night and packed. The music was going and it seemed like a local crowd. Tonight it was a little less crowded but just as lovely. The food, drinks are great. The Sunday music transports you to another place across the Atlantic. So sweet and highly recommend this place. The pork chop is a fave, as is the cottage pie and roasted chicken. You will have leftovers.
