Based on the reviews, Palmetto Superfoods - Clement is known for having the best smoothie bowl and acai bowl in San Francisco. The food is 5 stars, with the classic açaí bowl and smoothies being awesome. The base and the wide choice of hyper quality homemade superfood toppings are praised as an energy bomb. However, the service at this location is some of the worst, with staff described as disorganized, rude, and oblivious. One staff member in particular has a really bad attitude, causing strange and defensive interactions. Some guests have had great customer service from workers like Jash & Kai, who are fantastic. Overall, the quality is even better than other places, and the food is fresh, simple, and satisfying. Many recommend the place for the food, but some will not return to this location due to the service.
