The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and often share details about the ingredients and sourcing, highlighting their mission-driven approach of working directly with farmers and roasting their own beans. The menu is simple but each drink is made with care, including popular options like lattes and the featured Vanilla Latte, which many find to be their go-to. Unique beverages such as the Watermelon Matcha (a secret menu item) and the chocolate banana milk for kids showcase their creativity. The espresso tonic with house-made syrup and the top-quality espresso are always praised, along with tasty pastries and the black sesame mochi. The atmosphere is cozy and the space has plenty of comfy spots to sit with a laptop, aided by excellent wifi.
