New Security and door staff are extremely rude and unnecessary to good paying customers for no reason. But bar tenders are cool and very nice once you get inside . But first impressions are lasting impressions. Especially for a struggling business in the Castro. The door staff clearly hates their jobs and There are plenty of other options as far as far as bars in the city.
